Erki specialises in dispute resolution and also acts as an arbitrator. His main areas of practice are negotiation, commercial law, disputes between shareholders, business restructuring, bankruptcy proceedings, preparations for bankruptcy, contract law, and cases regarding compensation for damages

Erki graduated from the Faculty of Law of the University of Tartu, Estonia in 2000 and from the Estonian Academy of Security Sciences (Sisekaitseakadeemia), specializing in pre-trial investigation), in 1997


Erki is fluent in Estonian and English. He also speaks Russian and Finnish


Erki enjoys different kinds of sports, including windsurfing, cycling and cross-country and downhill skiing
