  • Advising Atomico in Pipedrive Series B financing round (2016)
  • Solving the shareholders’ complex disagreements out of court, including closing several diferent litigations, and advising a shareholder in successful buyout of another shareholder (2015)
  • Advising majority shareholder in solving shareholders’ disagreements, conducting negotiations and supporting majority shareholder in successful buyout of minority shareholder (2014)

Ramil studied law at the Faculty of Law of the University of Tartu in 1992-1997 and 2004-2009.
He graduated from the Faculty of Law of the University of Tartu with a Master in Law degree in 2009


Ramil’s native language is Estonian. He is also fluent in English and Russian
