1. What data we collect and why

1.1 Contact enquiries

When you contact us via the enquiry form or by email, we process:

• Name and email address
• The content of your message
• Any additional information you voluntarily provide

Legal basis: Article 6(1)(b) GDPR — processing necessary to take steps at your request prior to entering a contract; and Article 6(1)(f) GDPR — our legitimate interest in responding to professional enquiries.
Retention: Enquiry correspondence is retained for up to 3 years from last contact, or as long as required by applicable legal or professional obligations.

1.2 Technical data

Our web server automatically records standard technical data when you visit this site, including your IP address, browser type, pages visited and timestamps.

Legal basis: Article 6(1)(f) GDPR — legitimate interest in maintaining website security and performance.
Retention: Server logs are retained for up to 90 days.

1.3 Google Fonts

This website loads fonts from Google Fonts (Google LLC, USA). When your browser requests a font file, your IP address is transmitted to Google's servers. We use a preconnect directive to minimise latency. Google's privacy policy applies: policies.google.com/privacy.

2. Who we share data with

We do not sell, rent or trade personal data. Data may be shared with:

• Service providers acting as processors on our behalf (hosting, email infrastructure), bound by data processing agreements
• Professional advisers where required by law or to establish, exercise or defend legal claims
• Competent authorities where required by applicable law

3. International transfers

Google Fonts requests result in data transfer to the United States. Google LLC participates in the EU–US Data Privacy Framework. No other systematic transfers outside the EEA take place.

• Rectification — request correction of inaccurate data
• Erasure — request deletion where there is no overriding legitimate ground for retention

5. Cookies

This website does not use tracking or advertising cookies. The site may store a language preference in your browser's localStorage (key: triniti-lang) to remember your language choice. This is not a cookie and does not transmit data to any server.

6. Automated decision-making

We do not use automated decision-making or profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects.
